Hello and welcome, welcome, welcome again.
This is Joshua Minor, Musical Wonder.
Got something for you.
A little bit of something.
Preacher Chords, Db, C sharp.
Here we go.
This one is going to be simple for those of you that might have trouble with [E]
[F] transitions [E] [Gb] [Db]
and all this.
[Ab] [Ab]
[B] [F]
[Eb] All that stuff.
It's going to be simple.
Real simple like.
Of course you know you got [Db] your 1, your [F] 3, your [Gb] 4,
[Ab] and your 5 [G] with the diminished in there.
[Ab]
And then you're [Db] back on.
This one is going to be simple.
[B] Let me show you.
Not that much movement.
[Db]
[Bb]
[E]
[Ab] [Db]
That's all [Bb] you're going to be doing.
[Gm] [B]
That's all it is.
So the first you got your [Db] 1.
Right hand, [Ab] Eb, Ab, Db.
Left hand, [B]
F sharp, and B natural.
Remember you got your 1.
[Ab]
[F] Next to your 3.
And the right hand [Bb] stays put.
Eb, Ab, and Db.
Left hand, you're just going to move that F sharp down to F.
And keep that [Db] B natural.
So see the only thing that moved [Ab] in this was the [Db] left hand.
First step, [Ab]
[F] second step, [Db]
[Gb] third step.
You should be at your F sharp.
Now the right [Ab] hand, Db on [Gm] top, Bb, [Ab] Ab, [E] E natural.
[Bb]
And the left hand is basically going to mirror that.
So the left hand is mirroring [E] exactly what the right hand is doing.
So that's the B [Ab] natural, the Ab, the [Bb] Bb, and the Db.
[Gb] [Dbm]
And [C] then your next step, you're just going to drop that Ab [G] down a half step to G.
[Db] [E]
And in the left hand, [F] you can mirror the whole thing or you can [E] just do the E [Em] natural and the G,
or the E natural, [E] G, and Bb, or [G] you know, everything.
Or the G and the Bb, whichever you want to do.
And then after that, you'll be up to your 5th.
And your 5th is the same [Abm] as the first, the first step.
So you hit the 5th, then you go back [Db] home.
[Abm]
[Db] [B]
[Gb] [Bb] See there's
[E] not much movement in this [Ab] one.
[B] [F]
And then you can do this also, how I'm [Ab] doing the bass.
Like if you, if these chords, if you have a bass player and it's set up to where you all know, you know, how to do the hits,
you don't have to worry [Db] about this, but you can add the double octaves or one octave, however you want to do it.
[Ab] [F]
You know, [Db] I
[Dbm] [E] mean, it's up to you.
You don't [Ab] have to.
[Gb] It's up to [Db] you.
[F] [Db] [Gb] But it adds, you know, that rumble.
[E] So [F] that's pretty much it.
That's pretty much it.
Very simple.
Very simple.
That's all I'm going to show you with this lesson.
[Dm]
[Fm] I'll [Cm] probably show you F and [Bb] another one.
Or, [Ab]
[A] [Ab]
[Dbm] [Bb] I don't know,
[Bbm] [Ab] [F] [Ab]
I missed out.
[Ebm] It'll still mess up at [Gb] times.
[Ab]
[Ebm] [Db] [Ab]
[Gb]
[E]
So, but that's it.
Again, if you have any questions, [C] please feel free to go to comment, email, and just let me know.
Be blessed.
Keep striking those keys.
Blah, blah, blah.
Striking those keys.
All right.
I'll catch y'all [N] later.
