When I started to play music in the 70s, this song was very popular by _ CCR, the Queens Clearwater
Revival Band, and when I wanted to play it at that time it was really hard for me because
I didn't have the right feeling for the groove, for the rhythm.
_ And when you start the song it really starts with _ quite a difficult _ _
[Ab] rhythm [C] pattern.

[N] So the chords are quite easy to play.
It's the C [C] major, _ [Abm] and then the A major, [A] _ _ [C] _ _ [A] _ _ _
[C] _ _ [A] _ _ [C] _ _ _ [A] _
[Em] _ G [G] major, _ _ [F] F _ _ _ _ [A] _ [E] major and [D] D major.
_ _ [N] And then the verse starts.
But look here.
_ _ The most important thing is that you keep your right hand moving all the time, [G] and I
play the beat on the 2 and the 4.

[A] _ _ [G] _ [C] _ [A] _ _ _ [C] _
