Hey everybody!
We wanted to do a little [E] video for you guys to let you know that
we've just finished a Christmas record.
[F] We're so excited.
It's been years since
we've recorded Christmas and because all of you wanted a new Christmas record, [D] we
did one for you guys.
It's gonna be ready to ship out next week so [N] we've already
been doing pre-orders so go ahead get ready so as soon as we get your order we
will ship it to you as soon as we get it.
The first, how many?
200.
The first 200 will
sign them from us to you guys.
We put some classics and standards.
We did Joy to
the World, O Holy Night, O Come All Ye Faithful and we also put Carol the Bells
that we recorded on our acapella CD.
We'll put it on here because it's
Christmas but one of the favorites you're gonna love is We Asked Mama to Do
a Song with Us.
It's a song called Jesus You Were Him.
The Roots recorded it many
many years ago and then Mike Speck took it and kind of rearranged it a little
bit and put it in a Christmas book that he had, a choir book, and so we did that
arrangement but you're gonna love it.
But when we were kids, actually Valerie was
a baby, like maybe eight months old, in 1975 we recorded a Dottie Rambo song
called I Call Him Lord [E] and we put it on this record.
It's so sweet.
[Abm] It's
precious.
We've sung it all these years and so we want Jeremy to play
the guitar.
He doesn't want to be seen on camera.
The beautiful [C] guitar you hear is
Jeremy.
[F] This is unloved, [C] unplanned, [F] unrehearsed.
[C] [Bb] [Bbm]
[C] [Fm]
Master, [C] Redeemer,
[F] Savior of the [Bb] world, wonderful
[F] Counselor, [G]
bright [Gm] morning star.
[C] [F] Lily [C] of the valley, [F] provider [Bb] and friend, he was yesterday, he'll be [F] tomorrow, [G] the [C] beginning [F] and end.
[Bb] And [F] the angel called him Jesus, [Bb]
born [F] of a virgin.
Mary called [Am] him
[F] Jesus, [Gm] but [C] I call [F] him Lord.
[Bb] [F]
[C] Jehovah,
[F] mighty God and [C] King, [F] [Bb]
[F] sing oh [G]
[Gm] I sing.
[C] Light [Fm]
of God, [C] bestower to heaven, [F] my home in [Bb] the sky.
A fountain [F] of living water [Gm] that [C] never shall [F] run dry.
[Bb] And [F] the angel called him [Gm] Jesus, [F] [Bb]
born of [F]
a virgin.
Mary called [Am] him
[Dm] Jesus, [Gm] but I call [C]
[F] him Lord.
[Bb]
[F] Thank
[N]
you for watching.
