Hey everybody, I've got another tutorial here for you.
This one is Feeling It by Jay-Z.
It's a really cool song to play and so what I did was I did the tutorial up front as usual
So I'll play it through for you, and then I'll show you how to play all the individual parts
But then what I did after it is added a little bit of a jam at the end
so I used the automated beat from the keyboard and did a bass line also on the keyboard and then
Just played some stuff over it.
So hopefully you'll dig it.
Now if you do like it
Check out some of my other tutorials
You know put some links right about there.
You can check some of those out or go to my channel and
Check the playlist.
I got all of them listed on there and
Then yeah, if you like it click that like button
Leave me a comment as always if you got any requests that you'd like to have done
Just again leave it in the comments or shoot me a message or whatever and I'll try and get to it as many as I can
So hope you enjoy [Cm] and here we go
_ So [Bb] _ _ _ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _
_ [Bb] _ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ _
[Bb] _ _ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ _
[Bb] _ _ _ here's the first right hand part
_ [Eb] _
[F] _ _ _ [Eb] starting off on E flat G B flat and D
And _ _ _ you kind of roll between that chord and the D flat and then you hit the chord again
And _ _ _ then after you do that you want to make sure you hit the F on top
Now _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ if it's too many notes to hit the chord the second time do it [Fm] like this and just hit the D
[Eb] the second time [Ab] or of course you can do it the first way and hit the chord both [Eb] times
Now _ _ _ here's the second right hand part
[F] _ _ _ _
[Eb] _ _ _ _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _
[Dm] _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ [Eb] _ _ _ [Dm] _ _ _ _
_ _ _ [Eb] _ [D] Here's the whole [Eb] right hand part now [F] _ _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _
_ _ _ [Dm] _ _ _ _ [Eb] _
_ _ _ _ [F] _ _ _ _
[Eb] _ _ _ _ _ _ [Dm] _ _
_ _ [C] for the left hand
You're basically going between [Bb] C and B flat
You can just kind of [C] add the accents wherever you feel like I'm just gonna play in octaves
Going [Bb] back and forth between the two notes
_ [C] _ _ _
_ [Bb] _ _ _ _ [C] _ _ _
_ _ [Bb] _ _ _ _ Here's [Cm] the whole thing again
_ _ _ [Bb] _ _ _ _
[Cm] _ _ _ _ [Bb] _ _ _ _
[Cm] _ _ _ _ [Bb] _ _ _ _
[Cm] _ _ _ _ _ [Bb] _ _
I'm gonna put it to a beat
I know it's not exactly like the original but it'll help timing a little bit hopefully
And if you change up the timing of the notes like on the run [Cm] you can make it sound a little bit different
_ [Bb] _
_ _ [Cm] I'm adding in the accents on the chords too
[Bb] Now _ _ _ [Cm] for anybody wants to improvise over the [Bb] chords you can use C minor 7 to a B flat major [Cm] 7
I'm gonna edit [Bb] a bass line here, too
_ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _ _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Bb] _
_ [Dm] _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ [B] _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ [F] _ [Eb] _ _ _ [F] _ [Dm] _
_ _ [F] _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [Dm] _
_ _ _ _ [Bb] _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ [Bb] _
_ _ [F] _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ _
[Bb] _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ [F] _
_ _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _
[Dm] _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ _
