[E] Irish band so anyway yeah again wasn't that a party by the Irish [G] Rovers.
Let's give you the chords the chords are G I
Played G a few different ways to see you guys know I play it like that sometimes
Playing like that, but anyway to G
Then [C] there's a C
[N] There's also a g7 which would be your first finger index finger on the bottom string in the first fret
second finger second fret
string and third finger on the top string [G] in the third fret
Didn't sound very good, but that's it there.
So what you would do is go from a G G 7
[C]
C
[D] D

And then G7 and [C] C and [D] then D
Great doing to play Irish [Bb] Rovers wasn't that a party.
It's a nice nice easy kind of a quick jumpy strum
So [G] anyway here we go
Could have been a whiskey my virgin
Could have been three or four six packs.
I don't know look at the mess.
I'm in my head [C] like a football
I think [G] I'm gonna die
Tell [D] me we are we [C] home
[G] So do the grapefruit
What I had I saw someone on my kitchen table
Talking to my old dog Kathy was [C] talking about a hockey
How the [G] cat was talking back.
I [D] love about that [C] everything
[G] Party I [C] guess just a memory
Let's [G] reach over me
[D] But I think I saw my buddy coming down my neighbor's tree
[G] Could have been a whiskey
Might have been a gin
Could have been three or four six packs.
I don't know but look at the mess.
I'm in my [C] head like a football
I [G] think I'm gonna die
[D] Tell me we [C] are we home
[G] a woman party
[C] Billy Joe Tommy
Well, [G] they went a little far
[D] They were sitting in the backyard blowing over sirens somebody's police [G] car.
So you see your mother
if it's all in fun a
Little kid dragged me down Main Street boy.
Just see if the cops can run the [C] run see to see you
in an [G] alcoholic case I
[D] Do you know
[Em] [G] From the party
Good have been whiskey.

I'm out of energy
Good have been three or four six packs.
I don't know but look at the mess.
I'm in my [C] head like a football

But [D] tell me we are [C] we home [G] that party
