Song is basically [C] G C [D] [Em] D and E [G#] minor okay, which is all the chords that [A] are in the key of G, right?

Now you don't have to do this you can just go right back to [G] the G, right?
_ That's [N] for beginners, but there if you want there's an add a little extra thing after the E [C] minor _

_ _ _ [G] Okay, _ _ what I'm doing there is I'm [D] gonna hit the D once the open D
And then I'm gonna hit it again
I'm [C] gonna hammer on with my first [G] finger onto the second fret of the D string
And then I'm gonna hit the high G [D] after that so it's like
[G] _ _ And then after that [A] you hit the a once and you
[B] On the second front of the a [Dm] and then it's basically the same rhythm from this [Em] first one
[D] To the next string down _ Right

That's the only thing that's kind of different [C] for that part of the song and so
_ [N] There is a B minor in there
For the sake and purpose of this being an easy song
I'm just gonna cut out that B minor so that you guys can play it without needing to have that B minor in there

You want to [N] throw the B minor in it's only on the second and third verse and it's uh
It's on the second line of both of those verses right [G] I went down
Virginia [C] see the shelter from [G] the storm

Right so you can throw [G#m] that in there if you want to it's the same thing for the third [N] verse
But for the sake of this lesson, I'm gonna just do it better.
