Hello guys, this is Abel Stole Music, and in today's lesson I'm going to teach you how to play this song from The Big Les Show, Chuma Island [E] 3.
Okay, so yeah, so the [N] show has come to an end, the series has come to an end, and this is the song that plays when Big Les is in the train and is playing the guitar.
What else is also the ending credits song as [E] well.
So here we go, pretty simple stuff.
Here we go, it consists [G] of four chords played with a specific pattern, just goes like this.
_ _ _ [C] _ _ _
_ _ [D] _ _ _ _ [G] _
And you repeat it.
_ _ _ _ [C] _ _
_ _ [D] _ _ _ _ [G] _ _
_ _ _ So you can pretty much [N] learn this, play this, and then _ you can rap over the lyrics.
Just like that.
So here we go, let's teach you.
It's really simple, consists of four chords.
The four chords are G [G] major, that's the first chord, G, B, D.
_ Second chord is C [C] major, which is C, E, G.
_ Third [G] chord is [D] D major, which is D, F, A.
And then the fourth and last [G] chord is G major, which is G, B, D.
So it's kind of like a 1, 4, 5, 1 pattern.
_ _ So remember, it's a white note chord, G major, and [C] then another white note chord, C major, [D] and then D major.
This one has a black note in the middle, [G] and then back to G major.
So remember these four chords, play it a few times so you can get it under your fingers easily.
So once you actually can get these four chords repeating very accurately, then you can [F] start to add that pattern,
like the strumming kind of guitar pattern that you hear in the original as well.
So what this pattern [G] is, for all of the chords, just do_
So for the chord, play the root note, followed by the higher two notes, [Bm] and alternate between those two _ notes [G] four times.
So second time, third, fourth, and then change [C] to the C major, same pattern.
1, 2, 3, 4, [D] change.
1, 2, 3, [G] 4, change.
1, 2, 3, 4, like that.
Simple.
[Bm] So for every single [G] chord, it's the same pattern of the root note followed by higher two notes, played four times.
[C] _ So _ [D] _ _
_ _ _ [G] _ it's nice and continuous.
1, 2, 3, [C] 4.
1, 2, 3, 4.
[D] 1, 2, 3, [G] 4.
1, 2, 3, 4.
And that's it.
It's pretty simple stuff, so you can [N] play this and then you can rap the lyrics out to yourself as well. _ _ _ _
In commemoration of the ending of this series, the Big Less Show. _
Pretty short lesson, pretty simple stuff, since it's actually one hand.
If you don't [G] want to do it with one hand, you can just do it like this as well. _ _ _ _
[C] _ _ _ _ [D] _ _ _ _
[G] _ _ You can do it like that [B] as well, if you don't want to [N] do it with just one hand.
But anyway, regardless, enjoy your time.

1, 2, 3, [G] 4, change.
1, 2, 3, 4, like that.
Simple.
[Bm] So for every single [G] chord, it's the same pattern of the root note followed by higher two notes, played four times.
