[C] Hey guys this next [B] video is [C#] a lesson on [G#] jingle bells as requested by [C#] monster megalish good idea
This [B] video I'll be using a [A] tenor ukulele in standard tuning
Let's get started [Am] the first chord is a C.
[C]
[N]
[C#] The [Em] next chord is an [C] F
[Dm]
[N]
[D]
Then we have a G 7 [G] and
[N]
[C] then [Am] a C 7 [C]
[N]
[A] and a D 7
[F]
[N]
[C#] Let's show you the [A] strum pattern now all this [B] is I'm just gonna hold the C chord here
We're [F#m] gonna do a [B] down [G#] down [A] up down up down up
You'll see the letters at the bottom of your [Bm] screen some of the letters are a little bit bigger those [A] bigger D's
Represent more emphasis on the down [D] strum or just play it a [G#] little bit louder where you see the bigger letters [F#] so
[C] down
down up [Am] down
down
[C] I'll play that slowly [Am] for you and [C]
a little bit [D] faster [C] and then regular speed
Let's get into the verse now
starts [G#] out and C and
You'll use that strum pattern that I showed you [A] and you'll play that [C] three different times [A] for [Am] example
[C] That's once
It's three times [B] and then you'll go into your F, and you'll play this
[A#] that strum pattern [F#] sequence twice for [F] F
once
That's twice then you'll go [D] into G 7 play that strum pattern [G#] sequence twice
[G]
once
twice
[B] You're gonna go back to C
you'll play [G#] that sequence one [C] time through and
[C#m] Then you'll start over [B] just repeat [A] it.
That's the verse
[A#] I'll play the verse one time through [F#m] for you
[F] [C] You
[F]
[G]
[C]
One thing [E] to keep in mind
[D] [F#] [E] Right before it [C] goes into the chorus
[G#] [B] You'll do a [Am] little
[C]
back to [D] G7 [A#] and then into the chorus
for example, I'll play the
[F#]
Last part of the verse right [A] before it [E] goes into the chorus, [A] so it's going to be that [B] same chord progression
I [F#] showed you but that extra G [D] 7th at the [F#m] end so
[C]
[F]
[G] [C]
[G] [Bm] and [A] then into the chorus
[Dm] [G#] [E] And that's the verse
[C] [A] last part of [B] the song chorus
[F#] [D] Starts out [F#] with a C
We're gonna play that strum pattern.
I showed you
[A] Three times on that [A#] C.
So [A] down down up down up down up.
That's gonna be [C] played three times that sequence so
That's once twice
[B] Then we'll go into C [C] 7th
That's that strum sequence once then we'll go into [F] F
[A]
[F] That's once
[A#] Then [C] back to C once
[Am] [D] D 7th play that [B] strum pattern sequence one time [D] through
[Am] Into G [B] 7th one time [G] through and then back [A] to C
[B] Strum pattern [C#m] sequences played three [C] times
into C 7th once
And then F
[A#]
[F]
[Am] Back to C [C] and then straight into [G] G 7th and then C
[C]
I'll go [A] ahead and play the chorus [F] once
All [Am]
right, [C]
[F]
[C]
[G] [C]
[F]
[C] [G] [C]
[N]
that's all there is [C] to it real easy song just the verse in the chorus and that strum [G#] pattern you have to get
