I'll show you the chords.
Work on, you know, some basic rhythms.

Here we go.
Alright, so we need some nice beginner chords.
And there's a cool little picking pattern that's really easy but it's got a cool sound to it.
Let's learn the verse.
It's an A minor.
So two, two, one. _ _
_ _ [C] Then ring finger goes up to the third of the A and it's a C chord.
Then _ _ [D] I'm gonna target my index to the second fret of the G for my D chord.
And that is the verse [Am] chords.
A minor, _ _ [C] C, [D]
G, [Am] A minor.
_ _ [C] _ _
[Dm] _ _ [Am] _ _ _ _ [C] _ _
_ [D] _ _ [Am] _ _ _ _ [C] _
_ [D] _ _ _ [Am] _ _ _
And that pattern's really fun and easy, like I said earlier a few minutes ago.
When we have that A minor chord, we pick the A string, then the D string, _ _ _ and then we just strum down.
_ _ _ _ [C] Same thing on the C. _
_ _ And then on the D, we do the same thing, but we're gonna start to pick on the [D] D string.
_ _ _ [A] So A minor.
_ _ [Am] _ _ _ [C] _ _ _
_ _ _ [D] _ _ _ _ _
[Am] _ _ _ _ [C] _ _ _ [D] _
_ [Am] _ _ _ [C] _ _ _ [D] _
_ [Am] _ _ _ [C] _ _ _ [D] _
_ [Am] _ _ _ _ [C] _ _ [D] _
_ [Am] _ _ _ [C] _ _ _ [D] _
_ [G] _ _ _ _ So then we go into the chorus, which is now just strumming basic, very basic.
Down, down, down, down.
And it's a G chord. _ _

_ _ _ [G] So G to A minor. _
Then F, and I'm gonna play F three, two, [F] one. _
_ _ _ _ [C] Then these two fingers, the middle and the ring, move up for the C chord.
_ _ _ [G] So it's G for four, _ _ _ A minor [Am] for four, _ _ _ F [F] for four, _ _
_ _ [C] C for four.
_ _ _ [G] _
_ _ _ _ [Am] _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ [C] _ _ _
_ _ [G] _ _ _ _ _ [Am] _
_ _ _ _ [F] _ _ _ _

[G] And so what you can do, this note _ _ _ can be with all the chords of the chorus.
So if you can play G this way, I like to play it ring, middle, pinky, because [Am] then I can
go to the A minor without switching [G] that, as opposed to ring finger, then it's the pinky.
So if you can play it this way, _ _ _ [Am] you go to A minor and you just keep your pinky finger
down, then you go to the [F] F and keep your pinky down, _ [C] then you go to the C, keep your pinky down.
_ [Am] _ _ [G] Right?
G, _ [Am] A minor, _ _ [F] F, _
_ [C] _ C, _ _ [G] G.
