Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device named ChordU
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ChordU.
Goods refer to the subscription offered for sale on the service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Application or the Website, or both.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order without giving any reason for doing so.
Customer service can assist you in canceling your order up until the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order.
In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
  • You can cancel at any moment, and you'll still be able to use all of the ChordU Premium features for the remaining duration of your subscription.
  • You could go to the subscription setting directly from our website and cancel your subscription. If you are using it on android or Ios, go to the app store or play store and update the subscription settings easily.

For the service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
  • Within the last 14 days, the service was purchased.
  • Please note that your request must fulfill our Term of Use criteria; else, your request will not be considered valid hence the refund request will be rejected.

For the following reasons, refund requests cannot be accepted:
  • Refunds can't be considered if you change the original requirements mentioned at the purchase time.
  • An email formally asking for a refund won't be considered. You should have proper proof that the purchase does not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.
  • No refunds are possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions viz. Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. These are limited edition offers, so any range of refunds would not be possible.

Once you are eligible for the refund policy, the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 5 to 7 working days.
